What Is The Children's Policy?

0 - 01.99 Free of Charge

 2 - 5.99 pay 25% of tour price

6 - 11.99 pay 50% of tour price

 12+ pay full tour price as per adult person

Notes : Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents ( Maximum 1 Child sharing parent's room ) / If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply.

What Is The Booking Policy?

Once confirming your booking down payment of 25% should be paid to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services.

And 50% during Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays.

The remaining balance should be paid one month before the arrive.

Tipping?

It is client's gratitude and satisfaction with the good service provided by anyone who served you during your trip. we advise if you are willing to give it, it would be fantastic and if not, you are not obliged to do it.

How To Get Egypt Entry Visa?

Visas in Egypt are processed upon arrival at any international airport in the country. Upon arrival, a representative from Executive Travel Egypt will be waiting for you before passport control to help you with all the visa processing.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

During High and Low Season: You can cancel your trip with the following scale of charges. From the date of booking until 60 days before your arrival date, 15% cancelation fees.

Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% cancelation fees.

Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% cancelation fees.

Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% cancelation fees.

During Holiday Seasons: Cancelation received 60 days before arrival,100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, all domestic flights in Egypt have cancellation costs. You will be responsible for paying any fees in accordance with the airline's cancellation policy if you decide to cancel a tour at any time.

Emergency Cancellation Policy: In the event that the government or the airline issues a travel advisory from-to your departure country and destination, Executive Travel Egypt has an extremely lenient cancellation policy.

Refunds:

Any refunds for any purchases made through this website will be made using the original method of payment for all transactions.

the user's email address from the time of booking will receive an email confirming the refund amount.

Please be aware that depending on your banking institution, it could take 3 to 14 days after the refund request is made from our end for the money to appear in your account.

Passports/Visas:

Before traveling to Egypt, visitors are required to have a valid passport, entry visa, and travel documentation, and to meet the health requirements. Please get in touch with the closest Egyptian embassy for more information.

Liabilities:

Every effort will be made to guarantee that all travel plans and services connected to the excursions in your schedule are carried out exactly as agreed. However, there are times when we do not have direct control over the services that suppliers provide, and we do not accept responsibility for their mistakes or omissions.

Travel Insurance:

The rates listed on this website do not include travel insurance. To safeguard you throughout your vacation, it is highly recommended that you prepare for this coverage. We advise that you purchase travel insurance at the time of booking, and that the coverage should cover the following events, among others: loss of the deposit and/or final payment; injury, death, theft, loss of luggage and personal items; interruption of tours while traveling; medical costs; cancellation of advance purchase airfares; additional costs for hotel accommodations; and costs associated with returning home should your trip need to be prolonged or cut short due to illness while abroad.
